Woodcreek ‘financially sound’

An independent audit done for the city of Woodcreek deemed that, financially, the city was quite sound.
City Manager John Sone said the most important facet of the report was that Woodcreek has no long-term debt. He also said he didn’t believe Woodcreek had ever had any long-term debt.
“We do this for about 20 other cities, and only a few of them have no long-term debt,” Don Allman of Georgetown, who preformed the independent audit, said.
