Home values in WISD skyrocket

The Hays Central Appraisal District has appraised average house in the Wimberley Independent School District at a value about $13,500 more in than last year. The average house within the school district’s reach is now valued at $211,144. The appraisal district is scheduled to start mailing 74,526 appraisal notices on May 1.
