Potential cell tower faces legal questions

AT&T is now considering other options for a cell tower in the Wimberley Valley after a meeting with about a dozen citizens, and the city of Wimberley now believes it should be able to regulate the tower even though it would be built on federal property.
Though the attendance at the meeting was not strong, leading many to believe that Wimberley didn’t have an issue with the potential location of a 100-foot cell tower on the parking lot of the post office, AT&T seems to have still heard the concerns.
