Texas National Guard facing large cuts

News on Monday that the Texas Army National Guard is facing “potential reductions of up to 4,147 soldiers and 16 aircraft” had many wondering what effect it would have on those stationed in San Marcos, both at the unit in City Park and the BRAC enter on Clovis Barker.
According to headquarters at Camp Mabry, none of the units here are in this round of cuts.
