WHS junior Mary Floreani was one of 25 Texas students selected as a Youth and Government delegate to the Conference on National Affairs. She was chosen from 1,200 eligible applicants.
The conference will run June 28-July 4 at Black Mountain College in North Carolina, and about 400 delegates from 37 states are expected to attend.
