New development between Wimberley and San Marcos

If a new housing development is approved, traveling to San Marcos could get substantially more congested.
A development has been proposed for a portion of land located off Ranch Road 12 west of Wonder World Drive just outside of the San Marcos city limits called La Cima.
The San Marcos City Council is holding public hearings to receive comments for or against a request by the developers of this project to amend an existing development agreement for the portion of land.
