Hays County Grand Jury indictments

The following individuals were indicted by the Hays County Grand Jury during their second meeting in May:
• Danielle Alcala, 21, of 255 Schmeltzer, San Antonio: Theft of a firearm/elderly, third degree felony, occurred Nov. 30, 2013.
• Tyler Benjamin Athey, 21, of 160 Dandy, Buda: Possession of cocaine, less than one gram, state jail felony, occurred April 7.
