National media stories abound on Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the American soldier swapped in a prisoner exchange for five Taliban commanders last week, and the circumstances surrounding his initial capture.
The investigation is continuing into whether Bergdahl deserted his post or was captured, and as to whether six to eight soldiers on subsequent missions lost their lives directly or indirectly while also searching for Bergdahl on those missions. New information comes out daily from the military as the investigations continue.
