Woodcreek relaxes Water Quality Protection ordinance to ‘compromise’

The city of Woodcreek eased its Water Quality Protection ordiance by raising percentage of impervious cover allowed from 25 to 30 percent at last week’s Woodcreek City Council meeting.
The new ordinance goes into effect on July 1 and was approved with a 4-0 vote with one council member being absent.
The impervious cover ordinance regulates percentage of ground that can be covered on a property.
