Search for missing person turns up empty

The buzzing sound and spotlight of a helicopter bothered some residents of the Paradise Hills subdivision for a few hours on Wednesday night.
The helicopters were used to search for a missing person in the subdivision on the south side of Wimberley.
According to a Hays County Sheriff official, a person called the Sheriff’s office telling them someone had fallen down one of the hills and was missing. Emergency personnel were unable to find anyone, and as of Thursday morning, they do not believe the call was accurate. The official said they did not find a missing person and are no longer looking for one.
