August Grand Jury indictments

The following individuals were indicted by the Hays County Grand Jury in the first of its two August meetings: 
• George Aguilar III, 32, of 1830 Cypress Street: Robbery, second degree felony, occurred June 7. 
• Jonathan Senovio Aguilar, 28, of 1830 Cypress Street: Robbery, second degree felony, occurred June 7. 
• Juan Jose Aguilar-Herrera, 25, of 3002 Webberville Road: Austin: Sexual assault of a child, second degree felony, occurred Jan. 30. 
• Lashad Chonice Avery,23, of 2008 Chicon, Apt. A, Austin: Theft $1,500 to $20,000, state jail felony, occurred Feb. 28. 
• Jeffrey Eli Collins, 22, of 6706 Rockridge Court, Austin: Theft with two prior convictions, state jail felony, occurred Dec. 16, 2013 and Jan. 10 and April 22. 
• Joshua Rene Davila, 31, of 1307 Uhland Road: Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, four grams or more but less than 200 grams; possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, four grams or more but less than 200 grams; and possession of heroin with intent to deliver, four grams or more but less than 200 grams; all first degree felonies; and possession of marijuana five pounds or less but more than four ounces, state jail felony; all occurred May 16. 
• Amanda Lynn Edge, 25, of 752 Circleview, Canyon Lake: Prescription fraud, second degree felony, occurred May 21. 
• Lorenzo GonzalazSanchez, 44, of 310 Shelley Lane Unit 24: Evading arrest with a motor vehicle, third degree felony, occurred April 5. 
• Branden Mika Hampton, 26, of 222 Ramsay Street: Sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact, both second degree felonies, both occurred Jan. 23, 2013. 
• Leah Evelyn Hohertz, 17, of 384 Story Drive, Buda: Aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, first degree felony, occurred April 1. 
• Ryan Horan, 29, of 313 Oak Knoll Circle, Boerne: Assault/family violence/ strangulation, third degree felony, occurred June 7. 
• Tony Bernard Jackson, 43, of 319 Smith Lane: Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, first degree felony, occurred May 23. 
• Avery Andress Mason, 23, of 1755 Cricket Hollow Drive, Austin: Possession with alprazolam with intent to deliver, less than 28 grams, state jail felony, and possession of codeine and promethazine with intent to deliver, 28 grams or more but less than 200 grams, second degree felony, both occurred May 15. 
• Don Molden Jr., 40, of 1250 Robert S. Light Street, Buda: Indecency with a child by sexual contact, two counts, second degree felonies, occurred Feb. 1 and March 1. 
• Maximillion Nicholas Moreno, 21, of 2810 Salado Street, Austin: sexual assault of a child, two counts, and online solicitation of a minor by sexual conduct, all second degree felonies, occurred Jan. 1, 2013, Feb 1, 2013 and June 11. 
• Adam Sanchez Narro, 25, of 807 Bracewood Circle, Apt. B: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, occurred Feb. 23, 
• Leticia Narro, 32, of 807 Bracewood Circle, Apt. B: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, occurred Feb. 23. 
• Belvin Eugene Norvell, 52, of 0 William Cannon, Apt. 210, Austin: Assault/ family violence repeat offender, third degree felony, occurred Dec. 13, 2013. 
• Christopher Anthony Robolloso, 32, of 158 Triangle Acres, Cedar Creek: Theft with two prior conditions, state jail felony, occurred May 16. 
• Samara Lee Sansom, 35, of 1206 Furman: Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, state jail felony, occurred May 23; forgery, state jail felony, occurred May 29. 
• Darren Ray Smith, 47, of 125 Maplewood Street, Kyle: Forgery, state jail felony, occurred May 28, 
• Robert Wayne Talbert Jr., 25, of 130 Old Settlers Road: Possession of morphine with intent to deliver, one or more grams but less than four grams, second degree felony, occurred May 28. 
• Kostya Thyssen, 22, of 1200 Meadow Ridge Drive, Dripping Springs: Burglary of habitation, second degree felony, occurred April 27. 
• Letty Tobias, 27, of 409 Armstrong: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger, state jail felony, occurred May 11. 
Grand jury indictments are not findings of guilt. Rather, they reflect the opinion of jurors that there is sufficient evidence in each case to warrant trial.
