More than 300 people packed into the Wimberley Community Center to hear the Wimberley Citizens Alliance for Responsible Development “Water Crisis” discussion.
Immediately, the water crisis was put in to perspective by the first speaker Andy Sansom, executive director of the Meadow Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University.
