Flood volunteers honored by city of Wimberley

There were more than 25 people and organizations commended for their help during and after the flood. Pictured above, in no order are , Chris Walsh, Tina Santos, DerryAnn Krupinsky, Carroll Czichos, Kenneth Bell, Tom Keyser, Christina Schneider, Tim Clements, Michael Harthcock, Amy Anderson, Madonna Kimball, Allan Kimball, Trey Bell, Kelvin Adams, Tevesa Gonzales, Sylvia Thompson, Sandra Casey-Martus, Ruth Young, Jay Bachman, John Stout, Debbie Hillis, Joe Hillis, Ken Strange, Cathy Moreman, Tad and Christy Degenhart, Jan Fitzhugh, Vicki McCuistion, Brian Brown, Christine Middleton, former Mayor Steve Thurber, Jim Clements and Michele Tuttle.   They were representing groups like H-E-B, Texans Recovering Together, Mercy Chefs, Wimberley EMS, Small Businesses Recovery, Barnabas Connection, Team Rubicon, My Neighbors Keeper, the Wimberley Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wimberley Valley Arts and Cultural Alliance, Hays County Master Naturalist, Hays County, Southside Community Center, City of San Marcos, St. Vincent de Paul, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Information Technology Disaster Resource Center, Central Texas Returning Heroes and Austin Disaster Relief Network.
