Wimberley Spring Walk is this weekend

Wimberley's fifth annual Spring Walk is scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday (April 26 and 27).
The walk, sponsored by the City of Wimberley and the New Braunfels Marsch und Wandergruppe, consists of untimed, noncompetitive hike on well-marked trails of either five or 10 kilometers (3.1 or 6.2 miles). Both trails start at the Wimberley Community Center, wind through town to Blue Hole Regional Park and then along the Winters Mill Parkway hike and bike trail. Pets on leashes are welcome, and refreshments for pets and people is provided at checkpoints. Trails used for both courses are rated as "easy" with gentle hills.
