The Hays County Commissioners Court held a special ceremony on the Hays County Courthouse grounds Tuesday, unveiling a plaque for a live oak tree retired District Judge Charles Ramsay purchased and planted in the mid-80s as a tribute to his parents and grandparents for their public service. Judge Ramsay’s children purchased the plaque as a birthday present for their father.
