Old tree cut down for construction

The view looking into WISD Stadium was sure to change as construction started to put a new field house in place of the old concession stand, but many didn’t expect the view to change quite as drastically as it has.
Many of the trees, including at least one that was quite old, were torn from the ground last week sparking a controversy through town, but as it is with many issues, there may be more to the story than what has made it to the rumor mill.
