Wimberley EMS recognized by AHA

The Wimberley EMS was awarded the American Heart Association’s Bronze award recognizing its commitment and success in implementing specific quality improvement measures for the treatment of patients who suffer a severe heart attack known as a STEMI (ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction).
There were only 207 awards given out nationwide and only 27 in the state of Texas.
