Opening night of the Walt Disney adaptation of “Beauty and the Beast” at the EmilyAnn Theatre charmed the audience of parents and children alike.
Director Bridget Farias Gates stayed faithful to the animated, musical version of the French fairytale.
The original, dark storyline is tamed to a family-friendly tale by author, Linda Woolverton.
