Texas has been a hot market for microbreweries. Now, there's a growing trend to develop small, independent distilleries. David and Laura Watson have spent several years developing D.E.W. Distillation, L.L.C. and producing Cypress Creek Reserve Rum. It's been quite a journey, but one that has resulted in award winning products.
Laura came to Texas from Erie, Ill.
